Job Summary
Conduct supervisory visits with clients and field staff while performing assessment and care planning. Manage medication setup, reconciliation, and timely paperwork completion meeting DOH Compliance Standards. Lead a hospice team advocating for client needs, requiring weekly leadership experience and familiarity with wound assessments. Complete charting and document reviews efficiently, maintaining a positive team environment. Must be willing to travel within the main coverage area and work Monday-Friday 8:00a-5:00p, mostly in the Flint office.
Required Qualifications
- active Michigan state Registered Nurse License
