Job Summary
RN - Home Hospice 4pm to 8am. Provides home hospice nursing visits as part of an interdisciplinary care team, including patient assessments, liaising with physicians, triage calls, and admissions. Night shift with night differential, mileage reimbursement, and benefits. Based at a facility in Northwest Arkansas or NE Oklahoma; serves patients in home hospice settings with 1:1 time to coach and educate patients and families; driving required with personal vehicle and valid insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Current unrestricted RN license in AR, OK, or compact
- BLS certification
- strong assessment skills with critical thinking and problem solving
- ability to stay calm and cope with human suffering/emergencies
- strong documentation and communication skills
- experience with computer charting
Desired Qualifications
- Hospice experience preferred
- home health or acute care nursing experience with computer charting experience
