Job Summary
Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services, teach patients and families, and perform services in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care. Schedule is flexible but requires Saturday and Sunday availability. Must hold a valid state driver's license, maintain automobile liability insurance, possess dependable transportation, and have CPR certification for healthcare providers. Graduates of an approved clinical education school with at least one year of licensed professional experience are required; Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Full-time weekend RN position
- Saturday and Sunday are required
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education
- Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice
- Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional
- Must possess a valid state driver license
- Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law
- Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition
- Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
- Must possess CPR certification for the healthcare provider
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as a licensed professional may be deferred with a review and approval from the regional vice president or regional director
- Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred
