Job Summary
Provide in-home skilled nursing care in Wayne, MI, including assessment, treatment, and education. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and physician orders. Monitor patient progress and communicate with physicians, patients, and families. Document all patient care activities accurately and timely per company policies and regulatory standards. Ensure infection-control procedures and safety protocols are followed. Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings to enhance care quality. Travel to patient homes within Wayne, MI area with reliable transportation. Must hold a Michigan RN license and CPR/other healthcare certifications as required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan
- Experience in home health nursing or related clinical setting preferred
- CPR certification and other relevant healthcare certifications as required
