RN Home Health - Sign on Bonus Eligible

Direct patient care as a Registered Nurse in home health for the BJC Home Care service area around Saint Louis. Evaluate clients and furnish skilled nursing services, develop and document individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, patient, family, or caregiver; provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care; promote respect, equity and empathy in interactions with diverse populations; coordinate care across the continuum, assess patient preferences and barriers, and ensure timely communication of the plan of care in the EMR. The role includes a 40-hour workweek with flexible shifts, weekend rotation (generally every 4th), paid on-call nights (4–6 per month), and 2 holidays per year; on-call coverage required across St. Louis regions. This is a safety-sensitive RN position with a focus on advancing along the BJC RN Career Ladder and opportunities for professional development and advancement. The position requires registration with the Family Care Safety Registry and involves providing comprehensive home care services to patients in Missouri and Illinois.
