Job Summary
Provide direct and indirect quality care to patients of all ages in a Home Health setting under the supervision of the Home Health Clinical Supervisor and physician orders, following the nursing process and Oregon Board of Nursing standards. Coordinate patient care with the health-care team, maintain confidentiality, and participate in ongoing professional development. The role emphasizes autonomy and flexibility in delivering care at patients' homes, with responsibilities including assessment, planning, and execution of nursing care in accordance with individualized patient needs. Requires Oregon RN licensure, BLS within 30 days of hire, 1 year medical/surgical acute-care experience, and 2 years pediatric acute-care experience; full-time, day shift in Medford, OR.
Required Qualifications
- Oregon Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days
- 1 year Medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting for Home Health RN
- 2 years Pediatric experience in an acute care setting for RN caring for pediatric patient
