RN - Home Health - Part Time - Washington

Provide day-to-day patient care in the home setting, including case management, admissions, post-hospitalization assessments, recertifications, discharges, patient teaching, dressing changes, IV therapy administration, and access site care. Ensure safety and appropriate care by assisting with lifeline services, meals on wheels, and public program instruction. Document all activities timely using the Epic computer system while adhering to department policies and Mercy Service Standards. This per diem or part-time role involves visits on an as-needed basis for skilled nursing.
