RN - Home Health - Part Time - Washington

Conduct day-to-day patient care in the home setting, managing total care for multiple patients with varying acuity levels. Perform admissions, post-hospitalization assessments, recertifications, discharges, and patient teaching. Administer IV therapy, perform dressing changes, and provide access site care according to policy. Assist with safety needs such as lifeline services, meals on wheels, and public program instruction. Document all activities timely using the Epic computer system. This per diem position offers visits on an as-needed basis within the St. Louis Metro area.
