Job Summary
Deliver skilled nursing care in patients’ homes under physician direction; assess needs and develop individualized care plans; monitor progress and document services; educate patients and families on condition management, medications, and recovery; collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care; flexible Part-Time schedule with Day Shift (8:00 AM–4:30 PM), Monday–Friday, in the St. Louis Metro area and neighboring counties; rotating on-call weekends and holiday rotation; mileage reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program required.
- Current RN license in Missouri required.
- BLS Certification through American Heart Association required.
