Job Summary
Provide in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care while closely monitoring progress and recovery. Assess and document patient conditions, administer medications and IV fluids, and inspect wounds for infections or bedsores. Collaborate with providers, aides, and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. Cases are available in Kingwood, Philippi, Grafton, and Bridgeport. Requires an Associate degree in Nursing or AAS, current unrestricted RN license, and CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification. Full-time, Part-time, and PRN schedules are available with competitive pay and no overtime required.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Nursing (AND) or Associate of Applied Science in Nursing (AAS)
- Current unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state associated with this position
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations

- Practical trach and/or ventilator experience
