Job Summary
Registered Nurse (Home Health) sought to provide in-home patient care across IL locations (Niles, Park Ridge, Winnetka, Glenview, Wilmette, Skokie, Glencoe, Mundelein, Du Quoin). Role includes travel to patient homes, 6-week onboarding, comprehensive benefits, and a $15K bonus on a pay-per-visit basis. Requires 1+ year RN experience, IL RN license, Associate degree in Nursing, BLS/CPR, and reliable transportation. Full-time, Monday–Friday with flexible, minimal weekend shifts; includes travel reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher
- Active RN license in the State of Illinois (IL)
- 1+ year RN experience
- BLS/CPR certification (AHA BLS, ACLS)
- Valid Driver's License with Transportation and Auto Insurance
