RN - Home Health - Full Time - Washington

Provide day-to-day patient care in the home setting, including case management, admissions, post-hospitalization assessments, recertifications, discharges, patient teaching, dressing changes, IV therapy administration, and access site care. Deliver skilled nursing according to policy and procedure while assisting with safety needs such as lifeline services, meals on wheels, and public program instruction. Document all activities appropriately using the Epic computer system. Requires a current Missouri RN license, BLS certification, and a valid driver's license with auto insurance. Full-time and part-time day shift opportunities available in the St. Louis Metro area with $0.70 per mile reimbursement.
