RN - Home Health - Full Time - South

Provide skilled nursing services to patients in their homes under physician direction, assessing, planning, implementing, documenting, and evaluating outcomes. Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across diverse age groups, social backgrounds, and cultures in the Mercy South Area and neighboring counties. Maintain autonomy while building strong personal connections with patients. Requires current Missouri RN license, BLS certification, and valid driver's license with auto insurance. Full-time Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with rotating on-call weekends. Includes $0.70 per mile reimbursement, medical/dental/vision coverage, paid time off, tuition support, and matched retirement plans.
