Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, document, and evaluate outcomes for patients in their homes under physician direction. Deliver skilled nursing services across diverse age groups and cultures while maintaining autonomy in the community. Provide care in the Mercy South Area and neighboring counties with full-time Monday through Friday hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, including rotating on-call weekends and holiday rotations. Requires current Missouri RN license, BLS certification, and valid driver's license with auto insurance. Join a 5-star rated agency dedicated to patient-centered care and meaningful health outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license in the state of Missouri
- Valid driver's license
- Proof of auto insurance
- BLS Certification through the American Heart Association
- One year of experience in a related field (home health, acute care, etc.)
