Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing services to patients in their homes under physician direction, including assessment, care planning, implementation, documentation, and outcome evaluation. Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across diverse age groups and cultures while building strong personal connections within the community. Work full-time Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with rotating on-call weekends and holiday rotations. Maintain current Missouri RN licensure, BLS certification, and valid driver's license with auto insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license in the state of Missouri
- Valid driver's license
- Proof of auto insurance
- BLS Certification through the American Heart Association
- One year of experience in a related field (home health, acute care, etc.)
