Job Summary
RN - Home Health, full-time Position in Hagerstown, MD. Manage a typical daily visit schedule (5–6 patients/day), with limited weekend and on-call requirements. Provide skilled nursing care, medication management, and support for physical and occupational therapy, medical social services, postpartum care, advanced wound care, high-tech infusion therapy, and palliative/terminal illness care. Requires ASN or higher (BSN preferred); valid Maryland RN license (or eligible compact state license with Maryland requirements). Required Qualifications
- ASN or higher required
- BSN or higher preferred
- Current Maryland RN license or compact state license with Maryland endorsement
- BLS required
- One year of clinical experience (Home Health or Acute Hospital preferred)
