Job Summary
RN, Home Health: Provide holistic, evidence-based nursing care across the life span per Standards of Professional Nursing Practice. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation; develop individualized care plans; coordinate with interprofessional team; ensure patient/family education, discharge planning, and adherence to confidentiality and safety guidelines. Roles span multiple departments with required certifications (ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, ENPC preferred) and a Baccalaureate in nursing; one+ year unit experience typical for many specialty areas; position is full-time daytime Home Health in Show Low, AZ.
Required Qualifications
- Current AZ RN license
- CPR Certification
- ACLS
- PALS
- NIHSS
- ENPC (preferred)
- Baccalaureate in nursing +
- 1+ years specific unit experience (for department variants)
- TNCC or ITLS or other trauma course (with approval) (for ED)
- ACLS & NIHSS (for ICU)
- Professional organization specialty certification +
- Newborn Hearing Screening Certification (for OB)
- Department-specific stroke education (for OB)
- DOT drug screening certification (for Occupational Health)
- ACLS / PALS renewal timelines as indicated
- Licensure verification and ability to practice nursing in Arizona
