Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to home health patients in Kent and Auburn, assessing comprehensive needs and initiating the start of care process. Coordinate patient and family education, continuously plan and evaluate care plans in collaboration with physician partners and interdisciplinary team members. Communicate changes in patient condition and safety issues to supervisors, DPOAs, and physicians while functioning as a patient advocate within Washington state practice standards. Requires a Washington-licensed RN with an ADN, BLS certification, and a Master's degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a nursing program (Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required)
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington
- Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification by date of hire
