Job Summary
Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services, teaching patients, families, and the health care team while performing services according to physician orders and the established plan of care. Maintain a valid state driver license, automobile liability insurance, and dependable transportation in good working condition, ensuring safe driving in all weather conditions. Hold CPR certification for the healthcare provider and demonstrate basic technology skills including mobile device operation. Graduate from an approved school of clinical education with at least one year of licensed professional experience, preferably in Medicare home health or hospice.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education
- Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice
- Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional
- Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device
- Must possess a valid state driver license
- Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law
- Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition
- Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
- Must possess CPR certification for the healthcare provider
