Job Summary
Administer skilled intermittent care to patients, teaching families and health care teams while executing physician orders and the established plan of care. Provide services in the home setting, maintaining a valid driver's license, automobile liability insurance, and dependable transportation for all weather conditions. Hold current CPR certification and demonstrate basic technology skills for mobile device operation. Requires state licensure, one year of licensed professional experience, and a graduate degree from an approved clinical school. Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education
- Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice
- Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional
- Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device
- Must possess a valid state driver license
- Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law
- Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition
- Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
- Must possess CPR certification for the healthcare provider
Desired Qualifications
- Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred
