Job Summary
Provide comprehensive home health care to patients in their homes, conducting assessments, developing personalized care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with physicians. Educate patients and families on disease management while documenting care accurately. Maintain flexibility in scheduling to meet patient needs within a 45-minute to 1-hour radius of Butler, PA. This Pay-per-visit role includes a 6-week onboarding program, quarterly bonuses, and a fleet vehicle program after six months. Full-time Monday through Friday hours with minimal weekend shifts and one on-call shift per week.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- 1+ year of professional experience as an RN
- Active RN License in the State of PA
- Associate's Degree (or higher) in Nursing
- BLS and CPR Certification
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable Mode of Transportation
- Auto Insurance
- Monday - Friday schedule
- Flexible schedules with no long shifts and minimal weekend shifts
- Travel within a 45-minute to 1-hour radius of Butler, PA
- Travel reimbursement provided
- Fleet Vehicle Program available after 6 months of employment (includes gas and maintenance)
- Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM hours
- One on-call shift per week (5 PM - 10 PM)
- One weekend per month
