Assess, plan, implement, document, and evaluate outcomes for patients in their homes under physician direction. Manage a caseload of individuals with diverse health conditions, providing pertinent education, treatment, and emotional support to aid recovery or manage chronic disease. Demonstrate excellent assessment skills and anticipate changes in clinical status while communicating with doctors and families regarding medication and care plans. Requires current Missouri RN license, BLS CPR certification, and ability to drive. Full-time day shift with flexible scheduling and gas mileage reimbursement.
