Provide skilled nursing services to patients in their homes under physician direction, assessing, planning, implementing, documenting, and evaluating outcomes. Manage a caseload of patients with varying health conditions by delivering pertinent education, treatment, and emotional support to aid recovery or chronic disease management. Demonstrate excellent assessment skills and anticipate changes in clinical status while maintaining excellent rapport with patients and family members. Communicate consistently with doctors and healthcare professionals regarding patient status, medication changes, and care plans. Requires current Missouri RN license, BLS CPR certification, and a valid driver's license. Full-time day shift with flexible scheduling and gas reimbursement.
