Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate professional nursing care for infant to geriatric patients requiring short-term assistance with daily life or specialized treatment. Partner with families to develop teaching strategies, document education in health records, and utilize patient input to plan care. Provide quality in-home care under Nurse Leader direction while adhering to Corewell Health policies and the nursing process framework. This role supports Corewell Health South's mission to deliver affordable community-based healthcare across the St. Joseph/Benton Harbor area, offering flexible scheduling and reduced driving time through assigned territories.
