RN - HK - Progressive Surgery - FT - Shift 1

Assess patient needs and priorities, plan and delegate care, and evaluate patient responses to ensure expected outcomes are met. Remain accountable for all patient care delivered during the assigned shift. Maintain current Alabama or multi-state licensure and hold BLS certification before orientation concludes, with ACLS required within one year of hire. New graduates are accepted into this role.
