Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in the Greenval Free Standing Emergency Department using the nursing process, prioritizing wellness, evidence-based practice, and patient perspective. Support a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes while modeling proficiency through precepting new staff. Contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment offering urgent and emergent care outside a hospital setting. Work nights in this part-time role with a three-year incentive bonus and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 403(b) matching, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years' experience
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- 6 months of nursing (RN) experience
- PALS or ENPC
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
- BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire
