Job Summary
Registered Nurse opportunity at Encompass Health in Baraboo, WI. Lead and supervision of care and treatments, conduct patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to facilitate recovery. Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated, high-quality care and serve as a resource for staff handling complex patient needs. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families. CPR certification required; ACLS preferred; CRRN certification preferred; Prior rehabilitation hospital experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- RN license as required by state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred
