Job Summary
Registered Nurse providing individualized, compassionate care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities include supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, tailoring care plans, addressing patient concerns, collaborating effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care, serving as a resource for fellow staff, and celebrating patient progress. Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families to facilitate recovery, applying specialized nursing skills and leveraging technology to support rehabilitation goals.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license per state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of rehabilitation hospital experience preferred
