Job Summary
Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care. Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families to facilitate their recovery, while collaborating effectively with various departments for coordinated care. Serve as a resource for fellow staff supporting complex patient needs and inquiries, and celebrate victories achieved by our patients. This Registered Nurse role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employees at Encompass Health, a national inpatient rehabilitation leader with over 150 locations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensures as required by state regulations.
