Job Summary
Provide direct patient care as a Registered Nurse in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to facilitate recovery. Collaborate with various departments to ensure coordinated care and serve as a resource for staff handling complex patient needs. Support patients and families, celebrate milestones, and contribute to outcomes in a patient-centered rehabilitation program. Includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time RNs and benefits such as tuition reimbursement, 401(k), and health plans.
Required Qualifications
- RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- ACLS certification preferred
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred
