Job Summary
Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional rehabilitation support. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families by understanding their unique needs to facilitate recovery. Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and serve as a resource for staff regarding complex patient inquiries. Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensures as required by state regulations.
