Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient assessments and document medical histories while administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient progress, respond to changes in condition, and educate patients and families about health management and disease prevention. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans, utilizing critical thinking to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Requires current NC RN license, ADN or BSN, and BLS certification. Bio/chemotherapy certificate required within 90 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Bio/chemotherapy certificate required within 90 days of hire
