Job Summary
Oversee compassionate, coordinated, and deeply personal resident care while leading a team that shares the belief that every resident deserves to be treated like family. Conduct daily assessments, make independent clinical decisions, and ensure compliance with Virginia nursing laws and long-term care guidelines. Communicate effectively with residents and diverse individuals to maintain a culture of respect and professional growth. Day, evening, and night shifts available with full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401K.
Required Qualifications
- ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college
- Active RN license in the state of Virginia
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals
- Ability to read and understand written and oral instructions
- Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility
- Ability to make independent decisions
