Job Summary
Oversee compassionate, coordinated, and deeply personal resident care while leading a team that shares the facility's belief in family-like treatment. Manage daily nursing operations in a small, personal, and deeply rooted long-term care environment where staff are known and voices are heard. Ensure care is delivered with respect and appreciation, fostering professional growth at every level. Maintain an active Virginia RN license with an ASN or BSN degree, utilizing knowledge of nursing practices, laws, and regulations to make independent decisions. Work a 7-3 Monday-Friday or 7p-7a full-time schedule, supporting a culture where residents stay because they belong.
Required Qualifications
- Must have ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college
- Must have an active RN license in the state of Virginia
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals
- Ability to read and understand written and oral instructions
- Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility
- Ability to make independent decisions
