Job Summary
Provide compassionate registered nursing care in a long-term care setting at Heritage Hall. The RN will focus on building trust and meaningful relationships with residents and their families, offering emotional support, and ensuring residents feel seen and valued. Must hold ASN or BSN and an active Virginia RN license. Responsibilities include delivering nursing care in alignment with long-term care regulations, communicating effectively with residents, families, and staff, and applying nursing knowledge with empathy, emotional intelligence, and resilience to support residents’ well-being.
Required Qualifications
- Must have ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college
- Must have an active RN license in the state of Virginia
- Experience in long-term care preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals
- Ability to read and understand written and oral instructions
- Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility
- Ability to make independent decisions
