Job Summary
Lead a team in overseeing compassionate, coordinated, and deeply personal resident care at Heritage Hall, fostering a culture of respect and professional growth. Manage daily operations within a small, personal facility where staff are known and voices are heard, ensuring every resident feels like a cherished member of the family. Maintain active RN licensure in Virginia with an ASN or BSN degree, applying knowledge of long-term care laws and regulations to make independent clinical decisions. Full-time role with all shifts available, including a $5,000 sign-on bonus, offering comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must have ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college
- Must have an active RN license in the state of Virginia
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals
- Ability to read and understand written and oral instructions
- Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility
- Ability to make independent decisions
