Job Summary
Registered Nurse role at Heritage Hall in Big Stone Gap, VA. You’ll provide compassionate, resident-centered care, build trust with residents and families, and offer emotional support and resilience in daily interactions. Beyond clinical tasks, you’ll listen to residents’ stories, notice subtle changes in condition, and be a constant presence to ensure dignity and quality of life. Requires ASN or BSN and active Virginia RN license; schedule is full-time with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
Required Qualifications
- ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college
- Active RN license in the state of Virginia
- Experience in long-term care preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively
