Deliver competent, individualized nursing care to patients and families by utilizing the nursing process to augment the established medical plan of treatment. Integrate sound clinical judgment and evidence-based decision-making to address unique patient needs while maintaining a strong team orientation. Operate with exceptional customer relations and professional communication to ensure care is delivered with clinical precision and service excellence. Serve as a vital patient advocate while contributing to the overall effectiveness of the healthcare team. Requires an Associate's in nursing, one year of direct nursing experience, and preferred Hematology/Oncology experience.
