Job Summary
RN – Hematology & Oncology Clinic leads nursing care using the nursing process, delegating to licensed and ancillary team members, and maintaining accountability for quality patient outcomes. Role emphasizes leadership, adherence to nursing standards, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to support unit and department goals while respecting diverse patient populations. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active RN license, and BLS certification; Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred and leadership experience is encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- Current registered nurse (RN) license in state of practice
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
