RN - Heart & Vascular ICU

Registered Nurse in the Heart and Vascular ICU with duties including assessing patients, developing, communicating and documenting care plans, implementing plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, evaluating patient responses and readiness for discharge, providing patient and family education, acting as a Preceptor and Charge Nurse, and meeting performance expectations. Unit focus includes neuro expertise, neuro assessments, airway management for neuro patients, and care for patients with devices and advanced therapies (e.g., ECMO, IABP, Impella, LVAD, CRRT) in a Cardiac ICU environment.
