RN - Heart & Vascular ICU

RN - Heart & Vascular ICU on a fast-paced cardiac/CTICU unit. Responsibilities include assessing patients, developing and implementing plans of care, coordinating with the healthcare team, supervising non-RN staff, serving as charge nurse and preceptor, and ensuring education for patients and families. Requires CT license with RN registration; BSN preferred and BCLS within one month of hire. Unit-specific roles cover neuro and advanced cardiac care (e.g., ECMO, LVAD, IABP, Impella) with emphasis on high-acuity post-operative and complex vascular/cardiac patients.
