Job Summary
Document patient information in the electronic health record (EPIC) and assess triage needs for Heart Failure and general cardiology patients. Suggest solutions to patient care problems, coordinate care across the continuum, and manage nurse-managed care coordination. Carry out teaching plans for patient/family learning needs and administer prescribed medications per clinic policy. Identify and recommend solutions to departmental problems while assessing productivity to suggest changes.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Active Registered Nurse license through the Washington State Department of Health
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers (AHA) or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer (American Red Cross)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

- 1+ years of experience working as a Registered Nurse
- 1+ years of experience in telemetry or cardiac care
- 1+ years of experience in nephrology or dialysis
