Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, coordinate resident assessments, and implement treatment plans for seniors at the GSS ND Larimore Ctr. Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers, families, and delegated staff to ensure safe care delivery across preventative, diagnostic, and therapeutic phases. Serve as charge nurse when needed, delegating tasks within scope and standards of practice. Requires unencumbered RN license, with Bachelor's degree preferred. Full-time 12-hour night shifts with a $30,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Good Samaritan has a Drug Free Workplace Policy
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA)
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
