RN Health Nurse- Full Time Weekdays

Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, coordinate resident assessments, and implement treatment plans for residents in all phases of health maintenance and diagnosis. Collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues, providers, and families to evaluate care outcomes while serving as charge nurse to delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel. Ensure safe administration of resident care and resolve service concerns within the full scope of nursing expertise and state practice standards.
