RN Health Nurse- Full Time Weekdays

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to coordinate care and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel within the Nurse Practice Act and state standards. Serve as charge nurse when assigned to manage resident care needs and ensure safe administration of care. Requires an unencumbered RN license, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Full-time night shift schedule with a $30,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k).
