RN Health Nurse- Full Time Weekdays

Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care for residents, managing assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Coordinate care plans with interdisciplinary teams and families while overseeing preventative care, health maintenance, and treatment phases. Serve as charge nurse to delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel, ensuring safe administration of resident care. Maintain competency within the full scope of nursing practice per the Nurse Practice Act and state standards. Requires an unencumbered RN license, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
