Job Summary
RN on Medical Floor (Old 3 East) at SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital Centralia. Night shift 7pm-7:30am, full-time, every 3rd weekend, holiday requirement, no on call. Provides direct nursing care in accordance with policies and protocols; uses medical-surgical nursing standards to evaluate quality of care; develops and implements care plans; collaborates with patient, family, and inter-professional team; educates patient and family; mentors and supports nursing staff; applies evidence-based practice; may perform point of care testing; License/qualifications include RN (IDFPR) and BLS HCP; education from accredited nursing program.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing
- No experience required
- Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) - American Heart Association (AHA)
- Registered Professional Nurse (RN) - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
