Job Summary
RN for a brand new behavioral health unit (up to 10 adult beds). Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care, maintains accountability for care provided, evaluates effectiveness of care by direct care givers, coordinates patient care with other departments, and aligns with Mercy Service Standards. Certifications such as ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN or equivalent may be required depending on unit; strong emphasis on licensure maintenance and professional accountability. Sign-on bonuses up to $10,000 for experienced RNs. Includes benefits from day one (medical, dental, vision, PTO, tuition support, retirement plans) for team members working 32+ hours per pay period. Shift differential and annual merit increases. Location: St. Louis, MO.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN)
- RN licensure in hiring state and/or compact licensure
- One or more of ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN or other unit-specific certifications as required by unit
- Prolonged standing and walking during shift
- Shift differential pay
- Benefits eligibility with 32+ hours per pay period
