Job Summary
Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care and coordinates patient care with other departments. Maintains accountability for nursing care, evaluates effectiveness of care by direct care givers, and supports Mercy Service Standards. Full-time day shifts (36 hours per week) with a rotating schedule, benefits from day one including health, vision, dental, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and retirement plans. Qualifications include nursing degree (ADN/ Diploma/ BSN) and RN licensure, with unit-specific certifications as required.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a school of nursing (associate's degree, Diploma, or BSN)
- RN licensure in the hiring state and/or compact licensure
- Certification requirements may vary by unit/position: ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, and other unit-specific certifications
- Prolonged standing and walking per shift
