RN-Head Nurse Med Surge 3 South

Oversee patient care, staff management, and daily operations of the Med-Surg 3 unit by interpreting diagnostic data and applying the nursing process to guide clinical decision-making. Intervene during life-threatening situations, evaluate intervention effectiveness, and implement innovative workflows to improve patient outcomes. Provide clinical leadership through coaching, mentoring, hiring, firing, performance evaluations, and staffing while collaborating with hospital leadership to drive department improvements and ensure continuity of care. Complete other duties as assigned and support life-long learning initiatives.
